Megan Mitchell, Esq.
Megan conducts investigations involving student, employee, and workplace matters. Her background in education law, child advocacy, and public defense equips her to navigate complex, sensitive matters with fairness, empathy, and careful attention to detail.
Before joining Abdnour Weiker, Megan served as a public defender in Colorado and Alaska, where she represented clients in criminal, civil, child in need of aid, and guardianship matters. Her experience advocating for children and vulnerable individuals strengthened her commitment to ensuring every voice is heard and every investigation is approached with care and impartiality.
Megan brings a thoughtful, trauma-informed perspective to investigations, drawing on her experience interviewing witnesses, evaluating evidence, and working with individuals facing challenging circumstances. She is committed to conducting thorough, objective investigations that help organizations make informed, defensible decisions.
