Acted as a decision-maker in a Title VII matter involving students and administrators, including allegations of race-based harassment.
Served as an advisor to a student accused of sex-based harassment stemming from conduct that could have been a manifestation of the student’s disability.
Served as a Title IX appeals decision maker for a small fine arts college in a sensitive and confidential student matter.
As a Title IX hearing officer and decision-maker, worked through complex evidentiary issues in a graduate-level matter involving allegations between former romantic partners, including expert evidence, multiple witnesses, credibility determinations, and conducted a formal hearing.
