Mark Weiker, Esq.


Mark conducts investigations involving student, employee, and workplace matters, bringing decades of experience in education law and institutional compliance. His work spans K–12 and higher education, with extensive experience in Title IX, student discipline, educator rights, disability law, employment matters, and civil rights issues.

In addition to serving as a Title IX investigator, advisor, and trainer, Mark has represented students, parents, educators, administrators, and school districts in complex legal matters throughout his career. His experience evaluating evidence, interpreting institutional policies, and navigating sensitive allegations enables him to conduct fair, impartial, and well-supported investigations.

Mark is also an education-related arbitrator and has extensive experience training schools and organizations on Title IX compliance, student rights, educator rights, and institutional best practices. He is committed to providing thorough, objective investigations that help organizations resolve challenging matters with integrity, professionalism, and confidence.
