Kathleen Mahoney, Esq.
Kathleen conducts investigations involving student, employee, and workplace matters. With more than 25 years of legal experience, she brings extensive knowledge of Title IX, civil rights, education law, and employment-related issues to complex and sensitive investigations.
In addition to her legal practice, Kathleen served as a Title IX Investigator for Delaware Technical Community College, where she investigated allegations of sexual harassment and discrimination involving students, faculty, and staff. She also served on the college wide VAWA/Clery Compliance Committee, helping develop institutional policies and procedures to support compliance and campus safety.
Throughout her career, Kathleen has represented clients in state and federal civil rights litigation, conducted jury and bench trials, argued appeals before Pennsylvania appellate courts and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and served as a guardian ad litem.
